Welcome Hattie 

Hattie joins the Gloucestershire FA as our new Disability Pathway Football Development Officer. We asked Hattie about her experience in sport and what she's looking forward to in the role. 

‘I am delighted to have started my new role as Football Development Officer – Disability Pathway at Gloucestershire FA.  

Sport has always been my passion, focusing in particular on Inclusive opportunities. I have progressed within the Rugby and Sports Development sector having completed a Diploma at Hartpury College, progressing into a Rugby Development Apprenticeship at the WRU, leading upon the Disability Six Nations as well as working as a Social Media Representative for World Wheelchair Rugby during the WWR European Championships.  

I am over the moon to now have the opportunity to convert my Sports Development knowledge and experience into the Football sector, specifically within the Disability pathway. I believe in sport for all and aim to provide and develop opportunities wherever possible. I am very proud to be a key part of an outstanding team within GFA and cannot wait to develop the Disability Game!’
