Gloucestershire FA is proud to host Deaf and Hard of Hearing Walking Football at Oaklands Park, with additional sessions taking place at Longwell Green.

What is the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Walking Football Group? 

The Deaf and Hard of Hearing Walking Football Group is designed to support the development and progression of Deaf and/or Hard of Hearing participants in an accessible for all style walking football format.  

After a £500 donation from the Gloucestershire FA, we are proud to announce that the Deaf and Hard of Hearing group will be continuing their sessions at both Oaklands Park and Longwell Green and we are actively encouraging new players to come along.

    

Where and when will the sessions take place?

Sessions will be based at both Gloucestershire Football Association (Mondays) and Longwell Green Sports FC (Fridays).  

All sessions based at Gloucestershire Football Association, Oaklands Park Stadium, Gloucester Road, Almondsbury, Bristol BS32 4AG will be on Mondays, 10-11am on the following dates:  

6th and 20th November 2023
4th and 18th December 2023
8th and 22nd January 2024 
5th and 19th February 2024 
4th and 18th March 2024

All sessions based at Longwell Green Sports FC, Shellards Road, Longwell Green, Bristol, BS30 9DU will be on Fridays, 7-8pm, on the following dates: 

20th and 27th October 2023 
3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th November 2023 
1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd December 2023 
5th, 12th and 19th January 2024 – Fridays 7-8pm 

How to get involved:
