The Gloucestershire FA wishes condolences to the family of former Gloucestershire Northern Senior League (GNSL) Chairman, Bill Phillips who has recently passed away.

Bill was involved with the League for some 50 years, most recently as President after serving as Chairman for 20 years from 1997 until 2017. He additionally held the position of General Secretary in the 1979-80 season.

As a mark of respect all Gloucestershire Northern Senior League matches will hold a minute’s silence in remembrance of Bill before matches this weekend.
