Introducing our new Football Services Officer, Dave Williams 

Dave shares his experience in football, and what he is looking forward to in his role as our Football Services Officer.

"I’m delighted to be given the opportunity to work for the GFA as Football Services Officer.

I’ve been playing mens football since 1985 for local clubs including Bristol Manor Farm and also a number of seasons at Oakland’s Park for Almondsbury Town. I currently still play 11 a side for Torpedo AFC in the Bristol Downs League.

I originally did my FA coaching Badge in 1985 and took a Level 1 course when coaching my son’s team Bradley Stoke Utd a few years back.

I now volunteer for my younger son & daughter’s team Avon Athletic and am looking to now restart my coaching journey."
