The FA's 21 Day's of Positivity campaign celebrates the importance of building a positive environment within grassroots football by encouraging players to enjoy the game. The campaign is supported by Nationwide Building Society and it’s all about promoting mutual respect on and off the pitch.
Psychologically speaking, it takes 21 Day's to build new habits. So over the course of the next 21 day's, The FA will be bringing you six new podcasts talking all things positivity with some of England's finest players.
Episode 1 sees Saunders CB and Micah Richards chat to Jadon Sancho, as he reveals the moment in his youth that changed his entire attitudes on football, the difficulties of playing abroad at a young age and his very unique approach to how he analyses his performance on the pitch.
