League Marketing Officer Position
Marcliff Gloucestershire County Football LeagueThe Marcliff Gloucestershire County Football League is looking recruit a League Marketing Officer to support the development of the Leagues profile both online and in the local media.
The Marcliff Gloucestershire County Football League is an FA Charter Standard League and forms part of The FA’s National League System, operating at Step 7. The League currently has 15 Adult Male Teams participating in competitive fixtures each week.
The League holds a strong track record of supporting both new Teams to enter the National League System as well as aiding current members to gain promotion to Step 6 via the Hellenic League and Western League.
The role is a voluntary position, with reasonable travel expenses, for the term of the 2018/19 season and you will be joining a highly experienced team of volunteers.
As a League Marketing Officer you will be working to increase the media profile of the League and its member Clubs, via online channels and through the local media.
Throughout the role the League will support and mentor you so you can get the most out of your experiences to both utilise and develop a strong set of skills. We also offer:

Key responsibilities are to include:
Attendance at County League Fixtures
Writing match reports, including images
Creating bespoke articles on member Clubs
Updating social media channels
Liaising with local media
Designing League booklets
This role is suited for students who are looking for a placement as part of their course or a recent graduate seeking additional work experience.
