Setting up Team Secretaries on Full Time
Due to changes of system functionality and GDPR regulations, clubs are required to reset the access to FA Full Time that members have previously had.
Team Managers, coaches and their assistants named on team records will be automatically assigned the required role of 'Team Secretary'.
Other club members will need to be given the role manually and the attached guides explain the process to achieve this using the Whole Game System.
This instruction is for clubs whose leagues who use Whole Game System Player Registration Integrated with Full Time.
Team contacts need to remain listed as 'Full Time SMS Contact' in order to report Gloucestershire FA County Cup results.
