Mental Health Sessions
Getting involved with football in any form can help with our mental wellbeing.
There are also a couple of sessions around Gloucestershire with a special focus on supporting players with their mental health. We work closely with both Bristol Rovers and Bishop's Cleeve to help deliver these sessions and ensure that everyone has a place where they can come together to play and chat.

You can also visit our Wefare Hub for a whole range of resources that can support you with your own mental health, or that of those around you.
For more info about either of the opportunities on this page, or if you are interested in using football to support people's mental health, please get in touch using the details to the right.
