Her Game Too x Longwell Green FC Dedicated Fixture Weekend
Her Game Too, in collaboration with Longwell Green FC, held a dedicated fixture weekend on the 1st and 2nd of February 2025, designed to celebrate grassroots football and inclusion. The weekend was a resounding success, bringing together the local community to celebrate and promote grassroots football and to also foster gender inclusivity.
Over the two days, we witnessed an incredible turnout of players, coaches, and supporters, all united by a shared love for football. The atmosphere was extremely positive, with matches showcasing talented and dedicated young footballers. Her Game Too were also in attendance across both days and hosted a stall, which had a lot of engagement from people across all ages who now know and truly understand the message and mission of Her Game Too.
The men and women’s first team players of Longwell Green FC also wore Her Game Too warm-up t-shirts ahead of their respective matches on both days, and we would like to thank Gloucestershire FA for their support in funding these t-shirts, which helped to amplify our message.
