Vacancy - Facilities and Hospitality Manager
The GFA is looking for the right person to manage our Oaklands Park facilities and deliver a quality service for all users.
We are looking for a person with enthusiasm, a positive outlook and a passion for sport. The successful candidate will have experience of working in sports/leisure facility operations. They will also have knowledge of and experience of working in licensed premises.
Job Title: Facilities & Hospitality Manager
Location: Oaklands Park Stadium, Almondsbury, Bristol. BS32 4AG
Salary: £25,000 pa
Hours per week: 37.5 (including evenings and weekends)
Closing Date: Midday, Monday 18th November 2024
Vacancy Type: Permanent staff
Key responsibilities
- Managing site facilities and operating the licensed bar
- Managing/preparing for pre-booked meetings and events at Oaklands Park
- Bar stock management
- Provision of meeting refreshments and ordering buffet lunches
- Ensuring the site facilities meet health and safety requirements
- Ensuring cleanliness of hospitality facilities and meeting food hygiene requirements.
Candidates should note that this role requires evening and weekend working.
