Welcome Rosie!
Rosie Pike has joined the Gloucestershire FA as our new Football Development Officer (Facilities and Investment).
Rosie’s remit will be to support clubs around the county to develop and improve their facilities, including grass pitches, and to help them access the funding and various grants that are on offer.
We asked Rosie about her previous experience and what she is looking forward to.
“I have nearly five years of experience in the education sector as a primary school teacher and more recently worked in marketing and communications for schools up and down the country. I am also a member of the GFA Inclusion Advisory Group, looking to make the game fairer for all involved.
I’m passionate about football and excited to collaborate with colleagues who share that same enthusiasm. I’m looking forward to supporting volunteers and players across the county to ensure their football experience is the best it can be.”
