Representative Team Match Report
Played on the immaculate pitch at Oaklands Park and under the guidance of new management team of Phil Baker and Gary Probert, Gloucestershire enjoyed plenty of possession in the game and played with a purpose, enthusiasm and energy to demonstrate the players pride in playing for their County.
With several players making their debut, the squad adapted well to working together playing some attractive football and scoring well taken goals from Jack Holmes (FGR), Luke Soule (FGR), Harry Churchley (Gloucester City) & two from Adam Gilchrist (Yate Town).
We would like to thank the boys clubs for their cooperation in securing their release for this friendly fixture and wish all teams and players well for this week's FA Youth Cup fixtures.
The first competitive outing of the season is on Saturday 11th October, at home to Hertfordshire in the FA County Youth Cup (2pm).
